What is Worship?

It’s giving all that I have to a God that gave everything to me by giving his Son Jesus on a cross as the payment for my sin. It’s an individual response to an almighty God. But it’s also something that people that know and follow Jesus do together. It can take many forms and at West E. Free Church, you’ll find worship together being expressed primarily through song, looking at scripture together, and praying together. We use a ‘contemporary’ style of music and you’ll often hear songs that are written by Chris Tomlin, Hillsong United, and Jeff Johnson being sung here on a Sunday morning. Our hope is that we bring glory to an almighty God who wants all of us in worship!
