Karyssa Evans

Karyssa is a part-time intern working with middle schoool students while taking college classes locally. About her love for WEFC, Karyssa says, "West Free is my second home. Over the last 21 years it has been so cool to see God mold and shape this church. It is so obvious that God's hand is all over this place!"

Out of a conference where Francis Chan spoke on Romans 9:1-3, God broke Karyssa's heart for the lost. In fact, she cried so much she pulled a muscle in her forehead! She probably doesn't want to repeat the injury, but she never wants to lose that brokenness.

A little known fact about Karyssa is that her favorite meal as a child was squirrel!
