What to Expect

If this will be your first time visting with us, this guest information page is a brief guide about what to expect when you arrive.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear whatever is comfortable. While "business casual" is the norm, you will see everything from shorts and jeans (depending on the season) to business suits. However you choose to dress, we want you to feel comfortable.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Yourself. Your family. If you have a Bible, bring it; if not, we provide pew Bibles. If you know someone who is looking for a church, please bring them along too!

WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

Our services begin promptly at 8:15 & 11:00 a.m. with Sunday School beginning at 9:40 a.m. for adults and 9:35 a.m. for children. Come a few minutes early and stop by the Welcome Center in the lobby for more information and directions.

GUEST PARKING

If you are a guest and plan on attending either of our worship services or Sunday School, we encourage you to take advantage of our reserved parking for guests. Guest parking is located in front of the building parallel to Maize Rd.

FREE GIFT FOR FIRST TIME GUESTS

We'd like to express our appreciation to you for  joining us, so please stop by the Welcome Center located in the main lobby just outside of the auditorium. We will give you a welcome bag, in which you will find answers to your most asked questions and some homemade cookies made especially for you!

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

We have reserved parking for those with disabilities, close to all of the main entrances of the building for your convenience. Hearing assistance devices are available during worship services by request from an usher.

TITHES AND OFFERINGS

At WEFC we feel that as a guest, your presence is gift enough. Please do not feel the need to give, unless you are led by the Spirit.

NURSERY & KIDZ' WORSHIP

Our nursery is a great place! We provide childcare for children up through three years of age where they will experience an age-appropriate Bible lesson and loving care from our trained staff. The nursery is available during both worship services as well as during Sunday School. For those with four-year-olds through Kindergarteners, we have Kidz' Worship during both services (during the school year) located in Room 207. For your ease of mind, the nursery is linked to the auditorium via parent pager during worship times.

MOTHERS WITH NURSING INFANTS

We have two cry rooms available located in each corner of the balcony. The rooms are provided with a rocking chair and a speaker connection so you can continue to listen to the service. There is also a quiet room located off of the nursery that is designated for nursing mothers.
